The Property:
A detached four bedroomed property built approximately 30 years ago.
The Brief:
Following extension work the old kitchen sited boiler needed to be moved and updated.
The Work:
During the extension work the opportunity was taken to run a gas pipe into the loft area. The new boiler along with a higher capacity water tank were fitted in the loft.
The Result:
As well as providing an efficient high capacity system, moving the boiler and and hot water tank to the loft has freed up room the kitchen and airing cupboard.
